Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Window:
- Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will attract 100% retention charges of the total booking value.
- No-Show Policy:
- In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Special Packages and Non-Refundable Rates:
- Bookings made under promotional offers or non-refundable rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The entire booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation.
- Force Majeure:
- In unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.
Refund Policy:
- Eligible Refunds:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for bookings canceled under the terms of refundable policies.
- Processing Time:
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Deductions:
- Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to deduction of processing fees and applicable taxes.
- Non-Refundable Amounts:
- Amounts paid for services not availed due to late arrival, early departure, or no-show are non-refundable.
