Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Treat Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to ensuring a delightful experience for our guests. To maintain clarity and transparency, please find our cancellation and refund policy below:

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Window:
    • Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will attract 100% retention charges of the total booking value.
  2. No-Show Policy:
    • In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  3. Special Packages and Non-Refundable Rates:
    • Bookings made under promotional offers or non-refundable rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The entire booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation.
  4. Force Majeure:
    • In unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.

 

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligible Refunds:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for bookings canceled under the terms of refundable policies.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  3. Deductions:
    • Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to deduction of processing fees and applicable taxes.
  4. Non-Refundable Amounts:
    • Amounts paid for services not availed due to late arrival, early departure, or no-show are non-refundable.
